EK INTIMACY

INTIMACY COORDINATORS FOR TV & FILM
 CHOREOGRAPHY, CONSENT, ADVOCACY

The WHO, WHAT, and WHY

Elle and Kat are the Co-Founders of EK Intimacy, which offers a unique service by supporting productions with two leading intimacy coordinators. Their ethos resides in building relationships and establishing trust. EK Intimacy's mission is to ensure that artists are not taken advantage of, and that productions are supported with a consistent throughline when working with intimate content.

They wanted to create a space that felt approachable and artistically intriguing, as well as a platform for creatives, producers, directors, and actors to get in touch and enquire about our work and potential engagements as Intimacy Coordinators.

Intimacy Coordinators advocate for actors, liaise clearly and efficiently between production and performers, and skilfully choreograph intimate content.

EK Intimacy Coordinators offer support as a three part structure; covering prep, on set support, and follow up reporting. This allows for clear communication when approaching intimate scenes, as well as bookending and feedback opportunities for cast.

EK Intimacy has worked on some of the most successful productions over the past few years including; 'Poor Things', 'One Day', 'The Winter King', 'The Tattooist of Auschwitz', 'Everywhere Now', 'The Great', and 'Baby Reindeer'.

Having been accredited as Intimacy Coordinators in 2019, Elle and Kat have coordinated across a diverse range of projects in HETV and award winning films - their approach is flexible and responsive to both an actor’s and director’s processes.
